Last week , we shared a vedio about the process of making tubing from material .  It is the first step of producing heat shrink tubing . 

Second step is radiation exposure , without this step , we can not expand the tubing .  We have not the radiation exposure machine , so can not share the process . There is a factory who specially do this for heat shrink tubing manufacturers . 

Today , we share the third step , how do we expand the tubing . 

As you see in the vedio , before the tubing came into machine , it was as big as a finger , but when it came out , it became much more bigger . In this process , the diameter became bigger , and wall thickness became thinner . 

Now , we it is became a heat shrink tubing . When we heat it , the diameter will get smaller , and the smallest diameter is the size which we make material into the tubing .
