One of our customer asked us a question , why the price of smaller size fiber optic splice sleeve more expensive than bigger one . 

The customer always purchased HSFP-H-45x1.0x2.4-CLR from us . Explained what is the HSFP-H-45x1.0x2.4-CLR means , HSFP is Fiber optic fusion splice sleeve . H means high quality , there is another normal quality type . 45x1.0x2.4 means length 45mm , diameter of the stainless steel rod is 1mm , max width is 2.4mm . 

This time , they want to purchase HSFP-H-45X0.5X1.3-CLR . When they received our quotation , whtey asked us why the price of smaller size fiber optic splice sleeve more expensive than bigger one . 

There is just one reason , the size HSFP-H-45X0.5X1.3-CLR is too small to be produce by machinery . We have to install the stainless steel between surface tube and inner tube by hand , it cost so many labor and time .
